- We give you interpreters certified by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) to ensure high quality service.

Early Set Up
- Be confident your event will run smoothly. We set up 10 minutes early for your convenience and peace of mind.

Walk-Through
- You get a set-up session called a “Walk-Through” with our trained tech support staff to ask questions, to vet solutions, or to include your team members in the planning of your event.
- Decades of experience are at your disposal for up to 1 hour.
Technical Support Session
- Get live, hands-on tech support for the first hour of your scheduled services. Upon request, we will monitor the first hour to ensure everything starts smoothly, and that everyone is logged in properly, and that equipment is working as it should. This extra step allows you to avoid glitches or complications and be 100% sure nothing has been missed.
